Strategic Approach

To achieve our vision, the Indiana Tech team uses a set of strategic goals, developed during our strategic planning process, to provide our work with focus and clarity. Guided by the strategic goals, each year we develop strategic initiatives and tactics to allocate our time and resources effectively. These initiatives are detailed in each year’s Action Plan.
